Use two cells--in two different columns.

It'll make your life easier if you want to do arithmetic with the top or bottom
numbers.

ps. If you really wanted to use a single cell (I wouldn't!), you can preformat
the cell as Text, then do the data entry.

Or you could prefix your entry with an apostrophe: '120/80

format the cells as Text, then enter it like 120/80, then use =LEFT(a1,3) and
=right(a1,2) to work with the two numbers.
