Printing multiple sheets...
Hello,
I have a workbook with multiple sheets and I would like to print this workbook at the click of a button. Each sheet has a heading in cell c1, c2 is blank and then a table begins in c3. Each table varies from 1 to 9 columns. There is data in cols and and b that is not to be printed, but I would prefer the empty columns still to appear. Things get further complicated by the fact that some tables have a small number of rows and some have up to one hundred. I need Excel to insert "appropriate" page breaks so if there is space for the first three tables print on a single sheet, the page break should come after table three. Is this doable, I have been looking around but there seem to be a number of suggestions but page breaks don't get a mention. -- Thanks in advance for any suggestions, MarkN |

Printing multiple sheets...
Try this in your duplicate copy of your workbook.
Just press Alt+V+P which will bring you in Page Break Preview Mode. Now you can see lots of blue lines. Just place the cursor in A1 cell and For 2003 Press Alt+F+T+S For 2007 Press Alt+P+R+S Now you can notice that the A1 cell will have a white background and surrounded by blue borders. Just hold the Cntrl button and select the Range cells which are all needs to be printed. Dont take your finger from Cntrl button until your selection process is over. After selecting the desired cells which needs to be printed Setting Print Area Suggestion: If you want to set A5 to A15 as first page print Area then select it as usual. If you want to set the B5 to C15 as second page print area then while holding the cntrl key dont select it as B5 to B15 and C5 to C15, Select it as B5:C15 then only excel will know that B5:C15 is the Second page Print Area. If you Select B5 to B15 and C5 to C15 then excel treat B5:B15 is the Second Page Print Area and C5 to C15 is Third Page Print Area Like that. Once all your selection process is over then press the below keys which is suitable for you. For Excel 2003 Press Alt+F+T+S For Excel 2007 Press Alt+P+R+S Now press Alt+V+N to return to Normal Mode (common for 2003 & 2007) Press the below for print preview For Excel 2003 Alt+F+V For Excel 2007 Cntrl+F2 Hope this is what you have asked for€¦ Remember to Click Yes, if this post helps! -------------------- (Ms-Exl-Learner) -------------------- "MarkN" wrote: Hello, I have a workbook with multiple sheets and I would like to print this workbook at the click of a button.
