Default Excel 2002 analysis toolpak addin

I am trying to install the analysis toolpak addin. I was able to find it in
the library but cant figure out how to install. i click on it but it doesnt
seem to install any thing and i would assume it would show up in the addin
folder but doesnt.

Is it not in the list when you use
Tools -- Add-Ins?

yes it is i checked the box and said ok. how do i know if it installed?

Linda, from the function list check out whether the function NETWORKDAYS() is
listed which is a function available with ATP .

Click on Tools.

Do you see "Data Analysis" as a sub menu item?

If so, ATP is loaded.
