Default "File Open" box Excel is full screen, how can I size it down?

I must have accidently hit something now every time I want to open file the
box fills the screen. I can't pick it up by top bar nor can I size it -
it's either full screen or closed! Any ideas?

--Double click the window caption area (where you see the text 'Open') and
then try to resize by grabbing an edge and dragging.

--With the open dialog open, hit Alt+Space Bar and then size it..

If this post helps click Yes
