Default check box macro

I created a check box, but I do not want to have to click to get in it and
then mark check everytime. How do a create a macro so I can just click on
the box and it will put in a X.

How you create the check box?
If create using "Form" toolbar but placed on excel, you need to double click
in to change the properties.
If create using "control toolbox" toolbar, you should be able to
check/uncheck directly, after exit design mode.
