Default Turn off prompts

I have an excel spreadsheet that will run a query on the database, when open.
The first time I ran it, a pop up window displayed about enable/disable
query, and gave me a checkbox, "Do not show this again". I did not check
this box and now when ever I open this spreadsheet, I get this pop up, but
does not give me the option to not show this message. How can I get this pop
up to go away?

ensure you have the External Data Toolbar available (View Toolbars
External Data) and click on the Propterties icon (finger pointing at sheet).
Ensure you are enabling background refresh.
