Your problem is not formatting, it is data entry.
Always enter your times like: 05:00:00 and 14:00:00 The result should be 9:00:00 (9 hours, not 7, not 14) -- Gary''s Student - gsnu200908 "da" wrote: Hello Everytime I type the time in hours, I get time and date in the cell.
