The only way to change the size of a check box is to change the zoom. If you
increase the zoom the check box will be larger but so will every thing else. What you could do is use a smaller font then, when you increase the zoom the check box gets larger and the font will also appear larger. For example, you set the font size to say, 7 pt. Then you increase the zoom to say, 120%. The check box size increases and the font size will increase so that it now appears to be a 10 pt font.
