Default How do I Un-center the Title Bar text?

I want the top of my window to look lilke all of the other windows
(left-justified). Since upgrading to Office 2007, for some reason Excel and
Word insist on being different.

Without installing special programs or down-grading, is there any way to do
this?

Put the QAT above the Ribbon and then you won't notice it.
