Default Filtering in Excel

There are fifty lines in my spreadsheet. I want to filter this to see
only the lines that have "apple" in them (there are about 10 lines
with "apple"). How do I do that?

I am using Excel 2003 if it helps in any way.

Default Filtering in Excel

Select your data range (including all the rows & columns you want to
consider).
Data/ Filter/ Autofilter
Choose the column by which you want to filter/ In the Autofilter criteria,
select "contains" apple.

Data / Filter/ Auto Filter

Use the drop down table at the top of the column , use the Custom option,
Use the drop down table and use Contains and type €śApple€ť
