Default excel filtering

Gary,
I've tried this, but the number also includes my criteria range, (in my
case, always 4 extra records). How do I eliminate the criteria range from the
count?

I've never seen this include the criteria range (headers????).

When that message shows, it's only counting the rows that are visible after your
filter has been applied.
