Default New instance to Excell

Hi
I have different sheets of Excell that I have to open at same time, but I
want Excell to open new instance every time. Currently the sheets are
overlapping each other and I have to minimize the sheets to access other
sheets.

Please advise

Try View, Arrange All in Excel 2007.
