Excel 2007 users- If you're like me and use pivots with tons of values that need calculations other than the default, I found that you can change your value calculation all at once. Here's how... Create your pivot table, select the values you want, click on the tool bar and select 'Add-Ins'. Select the option called 'PIVOT', select 'Data Fields...', SUM All Data. Misty |
