Select the range A1:A7
Type whatever it is you want to type *but* instead of hitting Enter like you normally would hold down the CTRL key then hit Enter. -- Biff Microsoft Excel MVP "troubled" wrote in message ... i want a1:a7 to have exact info and a8:a14 to have the same also. How about
1) Select cell A8 2) Type =A1 and press enter Repeat steps 1-2 for cells A9 through A14 (increase =A1 to =A2, and so on) Then enter data into A1:A7, it will be mirrored in cells A8:A14. Is that what you wanted? --JP On Oct 9, 1:39*pm, troubled wrote: i want a1:a7 to have exact info and a8:a14 to have the same also.
