How about

1) Select cell A8
2) Type =A1 and press enter

Repeat steps 1-2 for cells A9 through A14 (increase =A1 to =A2, and so
on)

Then enter data into A1:A7, it will be mirrored in cells A8:A14.

Is that what you wanted?
