Combining or mirroring new information
I have updated data in one worksheet in a separate file that I would like to
update/incorporate to another worksheet. Combining or mirroring new information
Depending on your worksheet setup and what you're trying to
accomplish, one way would be cell or range name references. For example, if you had a data entry worksheet in one workbook, then wanted to copy the information entered onto a summary sheet in another workbook, you could create cell references that "point" specific cells in the second workbook to cells in the first workbook. When those cells are changed, the changes would be reflected in the second workbook. See http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...023431033.aspx for assistance in creating cell references. --JP On Oct 8, 2:13*pm, cweissinger wrote: I have updated data in one worksheet in a separate file that I would like to update/incorporate to another worksheet. *How do I accomplish this? -- Christine |
