Default Excel lookup

I need to find the formula where there are two dependencies considered to get
the result. In V look up from reference of one column the results in the
second columns derived. If we want to find out the result with the reference
of two.what is the formulae.
Heads Ratio Rate
Brickwork 1:5 30
Brickwork 1:6 45
Plaster 1:5 35
Plaster 1:6 50

Head- Ratio- Rate-

If I enter head in one cell ratio in another which formulae will give me
appropriate rate?
Head- Brickwork Ratio- 1:5 Rate- Formulae?

Hi,
I assume heads in column A, ratio in B and rate in C, then in D1 you enter
your heads, in E1 you enter the ratio so in F1 enter

=sumproduct(--(D1=$A$1:$A$100),--(E1=$B$1:$B$100),$C$1:$C$100)
