Default Excel lookup

Hi,
I assume heads in column A, ratio in B and rate in C, then in D1 you enter
your heads, in E1 you enter the ratio so in F1 enter

=sumproduct(--(D1=$A$1:$A$100),--(E1=$B$1:$B$100),$C$1:$C$100)
