Default Toolbar on two rows?

Hi
I'm re-posting this in hopes that there is still someone who can answer this
for me:

Received a new work laptop with Office 2007 and I am attempting to create my
personal settings. Customizing the toolbar in Excel by adding buttons I like
to use (and hiding the dumb ribbon) makes it feel very similar to old school
Excel .

There used to be a way to make the button toolbar on top show on two
rows but I have been unable to find it in new Excel and just one row is
showing. The rest have to be accessed by clicking on a small arrow.

Does anyone know how to set this up?

Thanks!
Danni

Thanks Eduardo
That check box is only for the placement of the Quick Access Toolbar in
relation to the Ribbon and it was already checked.
Any other ideas?
