Default How to find out hrs and minitus

Hi ,

I have the following data

Company working hours (l_dec_cmp_hrs) = 8.00
Staff latetime hrs (l_dec_latetime) = .10

The effective working hrs should be = 7.50 .
Please can anybody advice me with a logic to get the answer .

Default How to find out hrs and minitus

you can either change the format to show 8:00 and :10, then do a simple
subtraction, or you can do somethign like:

=A1-(60-A2)
