I am trying to create a shared workbook with field / data validations (list
etc.,).
Not able to do that in a shared workbook. If I have an excel with Data
Validations, I am not able to share the workbook.
Any suggestions / Tips ?

If you look at Excel's help for "Features that are unavailable in shared
workbooks", you'll find that you can't change existing data|validation settings.

Did your really mean you can't share this workbook--or you can't change
data|validation in a shared workbook???

(I had no problem simply sharing a workbook with data|validation.)
