Default How do I set up multiple fields in a list box?

I want to display multiple values in a list box or combo box from 2 columns?
The first column would be bound and the second column is for display
reference only. Example 010 Catalogs
020 Ignition
030 Brakes
040 Fuel System

Any help appreciated.

I want to reference Column A and Column B on another worksheet in the same
workbook. I believe these must be entered in the Value field on the
Properties menu. Any ideas.

Just set the ListFillRange to point accordingly to the source range,
eg ListFillRange: Sheet1!A1:B4
where Sheet1!A1:B4 is the source range
