Default Excel Application hang

Symbolic Name: ER_HANG_LOG

I have a user that experience excel hang up, I had deleted user profile, it
work for few days and start to hang up again, also I did a repair in excel
still. Any one has any tip in how to correct the issue is office 2K3.
