Hi, hoping someone can help. I have a pivot report (see below), and I want
to see the results as a %, ie show what % of applications in US met SLA and what % breached. Application Data Mainframe US Met 7 23 19 Breached 3 17 20 ASIA Met 12 16 5 Breached 6 23 12 Is this possible |

Hi Bluesifi,
Excel 2007: First select a number in the data field such as US, Met, Application - 7 Then right click, select Value Field Settings Select the Show values as tab Click on the down arrow to selct % of Row or % of Column Then select the Base Field, and Base Item. -- If this post helps click Yes --------------- Peggy Shepard "Bluesifi" wrote: Hi, hoping someone can help.
