I have a workbook with 2 worksheets...Worksheet 1 'Workout'...Worksheet 2
'Exercises'. Worksheet 1 I have set up to pull data from Worksheet 2 to compete a workout form. The setup of 'Exercises' worksheet is as follows (Category, Chest, Abs) columns as named ranges...see example... Categry Chest Abs Chest Chest Flye Reverse Crunch Abs Bench PRess Basic Crunch In my 'Workout' w.sheet i have a data validation drop down choosing 'category', then a vlookup based on that choice showing the exercises that match the Category in a row. All of this is working fine...however here is my dilema.... I am wanting to have a column for 'Description' in my 'Exercises' worksheet to list the description for the exercises but I can't figure out how to input this data to match this specific exercise. I want this data to be automatically inserted in my 'workout' based on the exercise chosen. I hope this makes sense...any help or direction is appreciated. Thanks!!! |
