Default How to change tooltips for user-modified colors?

Within Tools / Options / Colors you can change any of the 56 colors. But
when you drop down the font color, fill color or border color tool, and then
hover over a modified color, the tooltip shows "Color Scheme" rather than
"Red", "Yellow", etc.

Is there any way to modify a color's tooltip?

Andy,
I don't think you can add custom tooltip to the color that you choose other
than what Excel already knows.
