Default IF FUNCTION NOT WORKING PROPERLY

IN CELL K46 I HAVE THE FOLLOWING FORMULA
=IF($G$274-SUM($F$258:$J$258)=0,SUM(F46:J46),"DIFF")
IT SHOWS CONDITION AS "TRUE" AND RETURNS RESULT AS 0

IN CELL L46 I HAVE THE FOLLOWING FORMULA :
=IF(K46="DIFF",SUM(F46:J46),"")

HOW CAN THIS CONDITION BE TRUE ?? ( SHOWS CONDITION AS "TRUE" AND RETURNS
RESULT AS 0)
