Default referencing a row

I would do a pivot table for your result. 1st create a complete data list
sheet of all of the games scheduled. As the games are played you only have
to maintain this page.

Example
Wk Home H-Score Visiting V-Score Comments
1 Bills 34 Seahawks 10
1 Ravens 17 Bengals 10
1 Titans 17 Jaguars 10
1 Broncos 41 Raiders 14
2 Titans 24 Benglas 7
2 Bills 20 Jaguars 16 OT
2 Broncos 39 Chargers 38
3 Bills 24 Raiders 23
3 Titans 31 Texans 12
3 Broncos 34 Saints 32
3 Ravens 28 Browns 10

Then create a pivot table off the list (data) sheet. You can experiment
with the layout. I would suggest the Home Team, Wk as Rows. Visiting Team
as Columns. Sum of Home Score, Sum of Visiting Score as Values.

This may eliminate the need for multiple sheets. But you could still have
multiple sheets of pivot tables, filtered by wk or team. If that is your
preference, use wk as the Report Filter.

I have put together a spreadsheet for the upcoming football season. I have
17 pages, one for each week of the season. I also have a different page as a
recap. Using VLOOKUP, I have been able to transfer the necessary data from
one page to the other. However, I have tried UNSUCCESSFUL to tie the team's
opponent on the recap page to the week # page.

EXAMPLE:

Week #1 (row 12) Houston Texans (specific data)
(row 13) San Diego Chargers (specific data)

In the recap page, I must manually enter each team's name on their opponents
area. I would like to have a process whereby [Houston's] recap area can look
at the week # page and be able to identify their opponent [San Diego]. As
there is a space row between each match up, the area of rows 11 through 14
would only return 1 opponent.
I hope I have explained adequately what I want to do ... now, can
somebody find me a way to do it?!!!
