Default Can Excel 2007 title bar be made to work/look like earlier version

I am wondering if EXCEL 2007 can be made to look like previous versions with
the drop down list from the title bar. The icons are not user friendly to
anyone who has any long time experience with earlier versions.

If you're talking about the "Ribbon" menuing, get used to it.

I hear the beta of 2010 uses the same interface.

There are third-party add-ons that give you the look and feel of Excel 2003
