all in Excel 2007; I have other worksheets which print the screen colours; I

go to print properties and check the print color option "PeterA" wrote: all in Excel 2007; I have other worksheets which print the screen colours; I must have changed one of the commands in the one spreadsheet but don't know which command. -- PeterA |

Most likely you've set the Black and White print option, check he
Page Layout tab, Sheet Options group - click the expand button at the lower right of the group. On the [Sheet] tab, clear the checkbox next to "Black and white".
