sorting sub groups in pivot tables
In my pivot table I am adding 4 fields to row labels, 1-ID 2-last name
3-first name 4- courses. The pivot table sorts by my first choice (ID, which I need to be 1st choice because its the unique identifer) So one person could have 4 courses and this is how it looks, but i also need the data in courses to be sorted alpha. 2 Smith Joe Math English Science 4 Jones Mary Band Any suggestions |
