Default Email Date from Excel

I have a list of data in excel and I need to send parts of it to certain
people. I know I can highlight the data I want to send and send it to that
person. However, this makes my entire spread sheet available to them.

Is there any way I can send only parts of the spreadsheet to one person
without that person being able to open up the entire work book?

I need to send parts of a spreadsheet to 30 different people with out any 1
person seeing anyone elses information.
