Default Excel Services and Freeze Panes

I have a small workbook with enough data that I need to use the scroll bars
to see everything. I have set the Freeze Panes options to keep the title
rows/columns in view and it works as expected in the workbook; but when I do
Save-As for an .htm file and publish the workbook to a web page the pane
freeze does not work. The titles scroll out of the view area. This appears to
be one of the features deprecated from Office 2003.

Is there another way to get the same affect with Excel 2007 and the new
Excel Services?

thanks
