Default vlookup link within same workbook

Hello,
I have a vlook up in a workbook that is linked to another sheet. Looks like
=VLOOKUP(F6,'Look Up Table'!$A$1:$B$36,2, FALSE)
I send this woorkbook to clients who fill out information in some of the
sheets and then send it back to me.
On some of the files that I recive back from the client, it changes the path
of the link i.e. =VLOOKUP(E6,'C:\ACCT\Financials\ACCT\[Rate.xls]Look Up
Table'!$A$1:$B$36,2, FALSE)
I thought that it was caused by the change in the file name, but when I
tried to re-create the error, it dosn't cause the same issue.
I've had internal links before an never had this problem.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The only way I know for this to happen is if one of the worksheet got
separated from the workbook.

A simple solution i would suggest is to delete C:\ACCT\Financials\ACCT\[Rate.
xls] (as seen below) or Find/Replace if multiple and not within the same
row/column. However, this will be done on every workbook that you will
receive.

The Look Up Table worksheet must be present in the current workbook.
