Default Excel 2007

Is it possible to copy Header and Footer data across all sheets in a
multi-page Workbook.
If not, why not?

You can. Right click the sheet tabSelect all sheets and then set header and
footer which will be applied for all sheets

Be careful with this.

It will also change most print settings on all sheets to that of the
activesheet.
