Report website problems here
I reported the problem last week of the email not working properly. I was
asked to send mycomments to the website below using the case number SRX1110134208ID. I recommend alld user to respond to this case number with their comments. I think it is silly that Microsfot doesn't maintain their own website properly and it take almost 2 weeks to fix problems that effect thousand of customers. https://support.microsoft.com/contac...WS=managermail |

Thanks for posting that. I'll certainly be contacting them. The board has been really hosed up for HTML interface for a couple of days: ERROR 500 Server Resource Not Available! when trying to reply to posts, and I've not gotten any notifications on responses for a while now ... I'm beginning to feel unwanted and unappreciated :-). It's hard to offer people good help without good communication tools. And in my humble opinion, the tools here are some of the weakest I've seen: no file uploads available, no way to include code samples that actually look like code samples, problem sample examples that get totally thrown out of whack by limited post width, etc. etc. While it's probably better to work through the source feed sites, that requires a lot of time in trying to visit them all and this site does provide a central gathering point for the cries for HELP!! I have been using Forte Agent for 12 years.
I meant "since" as a conjunction rather than as a preposition.
