Default Conditional Formatting for Formulas

We would like to create a sum formula where it would only add the cells of a
specific color. Is this possible?

Thanks!

Assuming ath your cells are coloured an not conditionally formatted to show a
colour then refer to this link...

http://www.xldynamic.com/source/xld.ColourCounter.html

If your cells are coloured as a result of conditional formatting then you
need to describe the conditions of your conditional formats.
