pivot table sorting
I add multiple fields to the row labels so I can summarize data, in the
following example my data is summarized by course #(9243), then teacher name(cortese), then student id(which is a unique ID that needs to come before student name), then student name. What I need is to have the student name sorted alpha for each teacher. Any suggestions? 9243 Cortese, Cynthia 130056 Willerth 130123 Gabriel 306873 Serafin-Yehl 308277 Stoyanov Gabriel, Lori 300668 Laketic 300983 Wacyk 301107 Aylesworth 302193 Kaufmann |

If you switch the order of student name and ID it should sort itself in Alpha
order. -- HTH...
