Rounding issue in Excel 2000

Whenever I copy and paste the following column into Excel
64082153021072309
17501818699072309
40310967596072309
07470568444072309

it is displayed as

64082153021072300
17501818699072300
40310967596072300
7470568444072309

How do I get Excel to display this without rounding up and trucating the
leading zero.
