Whenever I copy and paste the following column into Excel
64082153021072309
17501818699072309
40310967596072309
07470568444072309

it is displayed as

64082153021072300
17501818699072300
40310967596072300

How do I get Excel to display this without rounding up and trucating the
leading zero.

Excel is a real pita when doing this!

Pre-format the destination cells as TEXT then use Paste SpecialTextOK

Excell will only handle 15 numbers as numbers, anything above 15 needs to be
handled as text. Which means you can not use them in computations.

Preceed the entry with a single quote " ' ", or formate the cell as text
before you make an entry.

Preformatting as test yields

6.40822E+16
1.75018E+16
4.0311E+16
7.47057E+15

I am not using them in calculation, only display
