The "NoValue" part is for when cell B6 contains something other than "IN" or
"OUT". You might want to change the "NoValue" to just "" so that nothing is displayed for those conditions... =IF(B6="IN",A6+C6,IF(B6="OUT",A6-C6,"")) -- Rick (MVP - Excel) "caz - can''t use excel!!" wrote in message ...
