usinig macros to copy from / to work books
Hi not sure if this has been asked before, I have created a macro to copy
info from one work book, create a new work book and paste the information to the new book. I use paste special and values then formats. My issue is I do not want any of the formula to be bought across and cannot find out why some are showing in some cells while the rest do not and only show the values that I want to copy. Hi, I am not sure why the formula is being copied when you are pasting
values. my recommendation: Once all information iscopied over into the new workbook. Then, 1- highlight/select the whole worksheet. 2- copy it again (your newly created worksheet) 3- again do a paste special with values only. You will find that formulas will be gone. I use this all the time. Good luck.
