Default Macro / Programming to lock cells

Hello, I would appreciate any help with this issue.

I have an excel sheet and need certain cells to be locked down which isn't a
problem, I need the users to be able to add comments to the locked down
cells, is this possible?

Thanks.

Neil.

Hi Neil

Yes you can by allowing 'Objects' to be edited when you apply your worksheet
protection.

Lee
