Duplicate workbooks even though there is only one!
I have just opened an Excel 2003 workbook open.
However the filename looks suspicious. Instead of "Test", it is "Test:2", i.e. a secondary version of the same file. No-one else has it open, as it is on my own hard disk. When I close the file (but not Excel), then go WINDOW UNHIDE, I can see "Test:1" and "Test:2". This is creating share conflicts, and is causing all sorts of mayhem. It is a systemic problem, and not isolated to just this file. Does anyone know of some bug causing this generic problem please? |
