Default print grayscale on multiple sheet workbook

I need to print many several different excel workbooks, each with 13+ pages,
in grayscale, but they were designed in color. Is there a quicker way of
doing this than setting the color for each sheet?

Right-click a sheet tab, use Select All Sheets, set the Greyscale, (does it
for all sheets), Print, right-click sheet tab, use Ungroup Sheets.
