Default Excel Headers and Footers???

Does anyone know how to insert an ampersand (&) into an Excel header? I
cannot seem to make it work, or can you even do this? Any help is greatly
appreciated.

Hi
You need to insert 2 of them to get 1!! Try &&

Double the ampersands, &&
