Default Shared File Saving Issue

I have two people working in a Shared Excel File (2003) on a share network
drive. They each work on different worksheets so they do not have any data
conflicts. When 1st person saves the file then the 2nd person saves file,
the 2nd person's data is moved around. The 1st person did not touch the 2nd
person's worksheet so why would this happen?

Also, some times the 2nd person data is not moved but the highlighting has.
This seems very strange to me. Anyone have any ideas what is going on here?

Thanks,
Jared
