I am creating a document that when you choose an option, it displays the
hyperlink. I tried using the Vlookup function, but it only returns the value
of the cell and not the acutal hyperlink.

Any thoughts on how to do this?

try the HYPERLINK function:

=HYPERLINK(A1)

where A1 contains your hyperlink.

I got it. I need to do that and to acuatlly put in the correct path.
