Default Hyperlinks

I created an index in Excel that hyperlinks each of the various entries to
different pdf files.

Now I want to move the index file to a different sub directory but when I do
so the hyperlinks no longer work. Is there any way to have the hyperlinks
update to the new file location automatically?

I really don't want to have to re-do several hundred hyperlinks.

I haven't tried it, but it seems to me that you could simple move the files
then use Find/Replace to update the formulas with the new location.
