Default stdole32.tlb appears when I start excel

I have installed basic office over the trial version on my Vista machine and
each time I open a spreadsheet I get a message bow containing stdole32.tlb. I
click OK and it goes to a configuration page and then opens the document.

Any ideas what I can do to stop this happening?
